Three Sixteen Technologies Limited Warranty

Three Sixteen Technologies warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use and service for the warranty periods listed below. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original end purchaser and begins on the original date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary by state or jurisdiction.

Pre-Sale Warranty Availability

For products sold as consumer products in the United States, Three Sixteen Technologies intends to make this written Limited Warranty available to purchasers before sale through its website, product packaging, product manual, authorized dealers, or other point-of-sale materials, as applicable.

Warranty Coverage by Product Category

Mobile Display Stands

All non-motorized mobile display stands are covered by a 5-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty.

This coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship affecting the structural frame, base, shelves, mounting structure, hardware, and other factory-installed non-electrical mechanical components under normal indoor use.

Wear items, including caster wheels, brakes, trays, and similar accessory components, are covered by a 2-Year Limited Wear-Item Warranty.

Electric Mobile Display Stands

Electric mobile display stands, including motorized models, are covered by a 5-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty, a 3-Year Limited Electrical

Warranty, and a 2-Year Limited Wear-Item Warranty.

Mechanical coverage includes the frame, base, shelves, mounting structure, and other factory-installed non-electrical structural components. Electrical coverage includes the motorized lift system, control panel, remote control, wiring, and other factory-installed electrical lift components. Wear-item coverage includes caster wheels, brakes, trays, and similar limited-life accessory components.

Audio Headsets and Earbuds

All audio headsets and earbuds are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting speaker performance, microphone performance, headband structure, earcup structure, inline controls, and factory-installed cabling under normal indoor use.

Power Adapters

All power adapters are covered by a 2-Year Limited Electrical Warranty.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting the internal charging electronics and factory-installed electrical components under normal indoor use.

ChargeTower

The ChargeTower is covered by a 5-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty, a 3-Year Limited Electrical Warranty, and a 1-Year Limited Wear-Item Warranty.

Mechanical coverage includes the tower body, frame, housing, and factory-installed non-electrical structural components. Electrical coverage includes internal power distribution, AC outlets, USB ports, USB-C ports, switches, LED indicators, and other factory-installed electrical assemblies. Wear-item coverage includes caster wheels, power cords, and similar limited-life accessory components.

16 Unit Charging Cabinet

The 16 Unit Charging Cabinet is covered by a 5-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty, a 3-Year Limited Electrical Warranty, and a 1-Year Limited Wear-Item Warranty.

Mechanical coverage includes the cabinet body, shelves, divider system, handles, structural panels, doors, and factory-installed non-electrical hardware. Electrical coverage includes internal power distribution, switches, timer or control modules if included, internal outlets, LED indicators, and other factory-installed charging electronics. Wear-item coverage includes locks, keys, cable hooks, clips, and similar limited-life components.

36 Unit Intelligent Charging Cart

The 36 Unit Intelligent Charging Cart is covered by a 5-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty, a 3-Year Limited Electrical Warranty, and a 1-Year Limited Wear-Item Warranty.

Mechanical coverage includes the cart body, frame, shelves, divider system, doors, handles, and structural hardware. Electrical coverage includes the internal power system, timer system, side AC, USB, and USB-C charging access, switches, LED indicators, and other factory-installed charging electronics. Wear-item coverage includes caster wheels, locks, keys, cable hooks, clips, and similar limited-life accessory components.

What This Limited Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal indoor use and service and that materially affect the intended function of the product.

If a covered defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, Three Sixteen Technologies may, at its sole option and discretion:

  • repair the product

  • replace the defective part

  • replace the product with the same model or a comparable product

  • provide another commercially reasonable remedy

Any replacement part or replacement product may be new, remanufactured, or refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer, unless otherwise required by law.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident

  • improper installation, setup, operation, transport, or storage

  • unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or alteration

  • use of the product outside its intended purpose or published specifications

  • cosmetic damage that does not affect functional performance

  • ordinary wear and tear

  • damage caused by impact, drops, liquid exposure, fire, flooding, weather, or other external causes

  • damage caused by improper or unstable power sources, power surges, or electrical faults external to the product

  • use with third-party accessories, attachments, or components that cause damage to the product

  • failure to follow product instructions, warnings, or maintenance guidance

  • products sold as used, refurbished by unauthorized parties, or obtained through unauthorized resellers

For clarity, this Limited Warranty does not require the purchaser to use only branded parts, branded accessories, or branded service providers to maintain warranty coverage, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Wear items are covered only for the specific wear-item warranty period listed for the applicable product category.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, the original purchaser must contact Three Sixteen Technologies and provide:

  • proof of purchase showing the purchase date

  • product model name or SKU

  • serial number, if applicable

  • a description of the issue

  • photographs, video, or other supporting information if reasonably requested

Three Sixteen Technologies may request additional information to evaluate the claim and determine whether the reported issue is covered.

If a claim is approved, Three Sixteen Technologies will provide instructions for repair, replacement, parts service, or return procedures, as applicable.

Shipping, Labor, and Service

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the purchaser is responsible for shipping the product to the designated service location.

Unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing, this Limited Warranty covers repair or replacement of covered parts and products only and does not separately include on-site service, de-installation, re-installation, labor performed by third parties, rental equipment, or other incidental service costs.

If a warranty claim is approved, Three Sixteen Technologies may, at its discretion, cover return shipping of the repaired or replacement product.

For certain products or components, Three Sixteen Technologies may choose to provide replacement parts instead of requiring full product return.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of the applicable written Limited Warranty period stated above, unless a longer period is required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Three Sixteen Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, downtime, or cost of substitute equipment, arising out of or related to the product or this Limited Warranty, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Three Sixteen Technologies’ total liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price actually paid for the product.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply.

Transferability

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end purchaser, unless otherwise required by law.

Governing Language

No dealer, reseller, distributor, or other third party is authorized to change, expand, or extend this Limited Warranty on behalf of Three Sixteen Technologies unless expressly authorized in writing by Three Sixteen Technologies.

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
